Rite Aid SCR Rules & How to shop Rite Aid
Rite Aid
www.Riteaid.com
-Rite Aid does accept MFR coupons and will sometimes have Rite Aid coupons in their weekly flyer, ad publications in stores, on their website and through e-mail.
-You can combine a MFR coupon with a Rite Aid coupon.
-Rite sometimes will have a $5 off $25 and such so these are great to use with other coupons and rebate items. It is $25 before coupons.
-Rite Aid takes competitor coupons in the pharmacy for a free gift card if you have a new or transferred prescription.
-Rite Aid states they do not take Internet Coupons unless their logo is on it but I use them at Rite Aid all the time so YMMV.
-SCR – Single Check Rebates are a monthly rebate program that Rite Aid does.
-Every Month Rite Aid has a Single Check Rebate booklet that is in their stores. You can enter the receipts online and it is so easy.
-Only ONE Submission per Month. So wait until the end of the month to submit your rebates. You never know what is going to go on sale and end up being free or cheap after rebate.
-All of the rebates in the SCR book are not good all month. Some of them are only good for certain days or week. So make sure you watch the Weekly Ad and look at the small print on the rebate in the SCR book. Usually the free after rebate items are weekly or only a few days. They usually are never monthly.
-You can use a coupon for the items that are free or cheap after rebates, so that you can make money.
-Rebates are 1 per household (address)
-Your check will usually come in 2-3 weeks. You can use this at the store or cash it at your bank.
-Sometimes there are rebates when you buy $20 worth of a certain product then you will get a $10 Rite Aid GC or something else. For instant I received a diabetes Rite Aid bag because I purchased $30 worth of diabetes supplies (but I did not spend one cent because I bought a Contour Monitor for $30 and used a $30 off coupon) So I got the bag and Monitor for free and it had a lot of samples and coupons in it.
-Limit one rebate per product unless otherwise noted in SCR book.
-Returned products will not be honored for rebate.
-If a rebate stays buy $25.00 worth of something get a $10.00 gift card you do not have to buy all $25.00 of that at one time. You can buy throughout the month.

Weis
Weis is having a great sale on Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks this week.
If you buy 3 you get $1.50 back, buy 4 gets $2.50 back or buy 5 or more and get $3.50 back.
They are on sale for 4 for $4 if you buy 4.
So I buy 8 boxes for $8 then I use (4) .50 off two and it brings my total down to $4 then I get back $3.50 off my next order. You can continue to roll the $3.50 off your next order so you are really only putting out .50 each order after the first time you buy the fruit snacks. However I did two transactions on Saturday night and I did not roll it because I was not sure if it was rolling and. But I went back on Sunday and rolled them and it worked.
So this is how Sunday orders went:
Transaction #1
(2) Sunkist 2 liters $1.00 each
(6) Trix Cereal $2.00 each
(8) Fruit Snacks $2.00 each
Fruit bites apples $1.00
$8.00 off Fruit snacks because I bought 8 so it made them $1.00 each
Total before coupons: $23.00
Coupons used:
$1.00 off 2 bottles of Sunkist
(2) .55 off 1 box of Trix
(2) $2.00 off 2 boxes of Trix
(3) .50 off 2 boxes of Fruit Snacks (doubled)
(2) .40 off box of fruit snacks (doubled)
$7.00 off your next order coupon (from last week dollar days)
$3.50 off your next order coupon (from Sat fruit snacks deals)
Total coupons: $21.20
Total after coupons $1.80 Tax .12
I was going back and checking my receipt for this blog and noticed that one of my .40 off coupons was put back on my receipt so I paid .80 more then I should so I will have to take it back today and ask for my .80 back. I know some of you think that is crazy but they are going to get that money and that should be my money.
Got back:
2 free gallons of milk coupons for buying 6 boxes of Trix
$3.50 off your next order for buying fruit snacks.
Transaction #2
(8) Fruit snacks $2.00 each
Took $8.00 off my fruit snacks because I bought 8 so that made them $1.00 each
Total $8.00
Coupons used:
(4) .50 off 2 fruit snacks (doubled)
$3.50 off your next order that I got from the last transaction for buying the fruit snacks
Total after coupons .50 for 8 boxes of fruit snacks
Got back $3.50 off your next order coupon
Transaction #3
(8) Fruit Snacks $2.00 each
Italian Bread $1.89
Took $8.00 off my fruit snacks because I bought 8 so that made them $1.00 each
Total $9.89
Coupons used:
(4) .50 off 2 fruit snacks
$3.50 off your next order that I got from the last order
Total after coupons: $2.39
Got back $3.50 off your next order coupon for buying fruit snacks.
So I spent a total of $4.81 and ended up with one coupon for $3.50 off your next order at the end after rolling them.
I hope Weis restocks the Fruit snacks because I have some more coupons. I also used the coupons that expired on 8/8/09. I had been saving them hopeing with a sale before they expired. I did not know that the fruit snacks were going to produce a $3.50 off your next order coupon so I was excited. And the expired coupons worked.
